DIY Planner Tutorial
Hey paper crafters, happy Thursday. I know it’s already the tail-end of February but I just finished setting up my planner and wanted to give you guys a tutorial and some free printable planner pages. This planner can be made and used any time of the year and would make a great gift. The printable planner pages can be customized for any year. I am a firm believer in keeping yourself organized and I really love writing down my ideas so a personal paper planner works perfectly for me.
The first page is a pocket page. I use this to hold stickers and post-it’s that I like to stick inside the planner to keep myself organized.
I added dividers to be able to flip to different sections quickly.
There are four different printable pages. They can be printed double sided or single sided to give you more room for writing, journaling and note taking. The first pages in my planner are the month-at-a-glance pages. You write the date in the blue hexagon making these printables customizable for any year.
The second set of pages is the weekly view. There is also a section for notes at the end of the week.
The next printable planner page is a shopping list. This was a page I really needed as I’m constantly writing down things I need to buy but always on different papers. This will help keep all of those shopping lists in one place.
The last printable is a notes/ideas page. I left this one blank. This one is for all of you brainstormers, jotters and doodlers. Take this page and make it into something special. You can attach photos, notes or anything that you want to remember. Decorate it and make it special.
I used the paper collection from Heidi Swapp called Sugar Chic to complete this DIY planner tutorial.

Planner Printables
To download the printable planner pages just click the link below. You will find all of the files in a ZIP folder. There are single pages as well as multi-page PDF’s for duplex printing. You can cut down on bleed through by turning down the print density in your print settings.
If you like this download don’t forget to check out the matching stickers, dividers and full size papers. The colors of the stickers perfectly match the colors of the printable planner pages.

I downloaded it twice now, but it is the same problem. Can anyone help?
That’s very strange. Can you see it when you open the PDF? Try going to these single PDF’s and let me know if they print.

Omg thanks so much. I think this is totally going to work so much better than what I have been using. Plus now I don’t have to buy one every year. Life saver….
I love these pages. And i really want to download them for my planner but my planner is a A6 size. How do i make sure to change them to fit my A6 planner??? Please help
*I was wanting to make my own planner but for the weekly layout instead of having the days horizontal I was hoping to have it in vertical columns with the days at the top. Also I would love to have the lines underneath the days. However, I can’t edit the documents. Is there a way I can access it so I can move the titles around?
Thanks,
Livy
This is so nice and generous of you!
I have a small recommendation to make if that’s OK. There are some countries out there that their week starts on Sunday (like mine). I would like it if next time you consider that. This would really really nice of you and I would appreciate it. *hugs*
Thank you!
I have been trying to open this file and it will not open. It says it downloaded, but cannot open.. Can you help? Thanks so much for posting.
Hi I was wondering if you can put the files individually like you did with the monthly because I also cannot open the file please and thank you
Hi I was just wondering if there is any other way to open these files. I tried to download them as they were in a ZIP file but once I was able to see them as a PDF file I tried to click on them and none of them will open up. Are these files still available? Thank you.
Can you email me the pages to print for your planner? I would really appreciate it. Can’t seem to get it here. Love your videos. Thanks for sharing. Donna
I have emailed you!
